First steps

To kick off the project, I ensured alignment with existing initiatives and analyzed customer feedback to uncover real needs around Pix-based charges. I conducted benchmarking to identify best practices, and used the CSD matrix to validate assumptions. Mapping affected user flows helped define the scope of changes, and the Impact/Effort Matrix guided prioritization for implementation.

Ideation process

I held several meetings with stakeholders, PMs, tech leads and CX to validate the ideal flow.

Key Learnings & Insights

Documenting everything—from dates to decisions—proved valuable, especially during team transitions. Early alignment with tech leads and PMs helped clarify the delivery path.

What seemed simple at first became a platform-wide change, showing the need for upfront analysis. Since Pix is a major product, understanding impacted teams was crucial.

Weekly syncs with the Pix team ensured smooth collaboration. Prioritizing with leadership allowed faster delivery of the most critical features.
