Designed a new end-to-end Pix payment journey for Efí Bank’s e-commerce product, improving user experience and expanding billing options.

Efí Bank wanted to expand their e-commerce payment options by adding Pix, aiming to improve user experience and align with market expectations.
➡️ The project began with a deep dive into user needs, internal systems, and competitor benchmarking. I led UX research, UI and interaction design, stakeholder facilitation, and documentation, working closely with PMs, tech leads, and CX professionals.
➡️ We mapped all platform touchpoints affected by the Pix integration, defined user flows, and prioritized changes using an Impact/Effort Matrix. This helped the engineering teams understand what to build first and why.
➡️ To ensure alignment across squads, I facilitated cross-functional sessions and conducted usability validations throughout the design process. The result was a scalable and intuitive Pix payment flow, deployed across web, mobile, and tablet.
The project was launched in January 2025 and delivered:
A frictionless Pix payment experience for end users
Full documentation that streamlined cross-team collaboration
Clear prioritization that accelerated delivery timelines
A scalable design applied to multiple products (Payment Link, API, Management Screens, etc.)
