Efí Bank had recently rebranded and upgraded their platform to version 7, but key user-facing flows like Payment Link and system emails were still on the outdated v6 — creating inconsistency and technical debt across the product experience.
➡️ I led the redesign of all Payment Link flows and related emails, focusing on visual alignment with v7, improved information architecture, componentization, and responsive behavior across web, mobile, and tablet.
➡️ The project kicked off with a full UX audit and competitor analysis. I mapped all user flows (including status states like approved, denied, pending), and identified gaps across platforms and email communications.
➡️ I worked closely with PMs, developers, and CX stakeholders to ensure pixel-perfect implementation, supported by thorough documentation and design reviews during the handoff phase.
Launched in July 2024, the project delivered:
• 13 redesigned flows across Web, Tablet, and Mobile
• A full visual and functional overhaul of all Payment Link emails
• New component system in Figma for scalability and team alignment
• Support for three key payment products: Payment Link, Recurring Payment, and Payment Buttons
✅ What started as a visual update turned into a complete UX evolution — unifying legacy systems, reducing inconsistencies, and enabling faster rollout of future updates across Efí Bank's platform.
